I am sure that 2012 had some good moments, in fact I know it did, but they are certainly overshadowed by a lot of other stuff. My year ends on a sad note with the death of a man I admired, though hadn't seen for quite some time. No matter what, he always had a twinkle in his eye and a witty comment on the tip of his tongue. He grabbed life with both hands and made the most of everything- the good, the bad & the ugly and he died doing what he loved. The last 2 years have been full of so much sadness, bad news and life changes that I can only hope 2013 will bring with it a more joy and calm.
