Another cute Prima doll

My cute little neighbour has her birthday tomorrow, so I thought I would make a special card for her using Ruffles (she would have to be my fave Prima Doll stamp).

This little doll is based on her with lots of gorgeous red curls (thanks to Tim Holtz Distress markers, mixing colours is easy and getting definition is a breeze). The balloons were cut from Kaisercraft paper and the background is old Fancy Pants paper with little heart stamps.

I hope she has a very special day.
